A few notes before you enter:

SHOW & CLINIC SCRATCH / REFUND POLICY 

Cancellations for shows must be made by the SCRATCH DEADLINE or entrant is responsible for Office Fee and Cattle Charge. No refunds are given for scratches once draws are posted or the show has started, whichever comes first. 

All scratches must be received via the Scratch Form prior to the show, and IN PERSON once the show office opens. NO TEXTS PLEASE.

Clinic refund forms must be received by the SCRATCH DEADLINE in order to fill empty spots. Cancellations after the deadline will be refunded if the slot is filled.

NO CALL, NO-SHOW POLICY (You enter and don't show up or notify the office) - No-shows are charged $100 or office/cattle fees, whichever is greater.
